We're one crew, not a franchise. Our service area is set by a simple rule: close enough to do the job right.
We run a limited number of projects at a time, led on site by the owners, and that keeps our range honest. From Harrisonville we work north through Lee's Summit, Independence, and Kansas City, and across the state line into Johnson County, Kansas, where we're licensed. The communities below are where most of our work happens. Each has its own page because the houses genuinely differ — a 1920s Brookside Tudor needs different work than a 1990s Olathe two-story.
