One shop in Harrisonville. One owner-led crew. A deliberate radius across the Kansas City metro — close enough that Jesse and Dylan are on every jobsite.

We're not a franchise with a territory map. We're one crew, and we build where we can do our best work.
JD Build runs a limited number of projects at a time, all of them led on site by the owners. That model sets our range: from our Cass County home base, we work north through Lee's Summit, Independence, and Kansas City proper, and across the state line into Johnson County, Kansas, where we're licensed. The communities below are where our work concentrates — each has its own page, because a 1920s Brookside Tudor and a 1990s Olathe two-story are not the same remodel — and we build in the areas between them, too.
Each area page covers what we actually build there — the local housing stock, the projects it asks for, and the permitting we handle on your behalf. If your town isn't listed, reach out anyway: the map below is where we work most, not a fence.
True geography, one home base. Every mark is a focus community — select any of them to see what we build there. We serve the areas in between, too.

Where the shop is, where we live, and where every project begins.
Century-old character homes, mid-century neighborhoods, and subdivision-era suburbs — each with its own page.
JD Build is licensed in Johnson County — same crew, same standard, other side of the line.
"Everything they have done for us has been top notch and they aren't afraid to put forth the extra effort in order to get the job done right."Nick Roth — Google Review
